Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of huntfolia.com and our related services (the "Service"), operated by Huntfolia ("Huntfolia," "we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Huntfolia does

Huntfolia helps you find plants you want at garden centers near you. We are a discovery service — we are not a plant seller, and we don't own, stock, or control the inventory of the garden centers we surface. Availability, pricing, and quality are determined by those third-party businesses. Always call a store to confirm a plant is in stock before making a trip.

Price comparisons

Any "online" prices we reference are illustrative examples of typical direct-to-consumer pricing and are not our prices or offers. Actual prices vary by plant size, store, season, and availability.

Concierge Hunt (paid service)

For a fee (currently $5), our Concierge Hunt has us contact garden centers near you to find who has your plant in stock and at what price, or ask a store to order it in. We'll email you the results, typically within about 24 hours.

• What counts as "found." A hunt is fulfilled when we confirm a nearby store that has your plant (or a store willing to order it) and share that with you.
• If we can't find it. If we're unable to locate your plant, we'll refund your fee or apply it as credit toward a future hunt, at your choice.
• No guarantee. Because inventory is controlled by third-party stores and can change quickly, we can't guarantee a plant will still be available when you arrive. Confirm with the store.

Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Refunds or credits under this section are your sole remedy for a Concierge Hunt.

Communications

When you use the Service you agree we may email you about your hunt. With your consent we may also send marketing emails, which you can opt out of at any time via the unsubscribe link.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — for example by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, scraping it, or using it for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that plants shown will be available or accurately priced.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Huntfolia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months or one hundred dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and revise the date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
